I went through a lot of my best tips for saving money on kids’ clothes before, but today I want to give you even more tips I know will make the process a lot easier.
This lets us have well-dressed kids for almost nothing.
Tips for Buying Used Clothes for Kids’

Grab it first, then reduce.
The worst thing about secondhand is that you can’t leave it on the rack and come back. If you leave it, it may be gone later.
Instead, go ahead and grab your maybe’s. You can pick things to put back later.
Double check everything
Before you buy, go back over every single piece and check for wear.
Check to make sure the size is labeled correctly. People put back things in the wrong place all the time.
Check for size differences.
Sizes vary slightly between brands. It’s best to compare widths and lengths against each other. That way you can weed out any items that may be on the small side. If you have chunky kids like me, you’d want to only buy the larger pieces.
Shop Smart
I love to buy my girls’ summer dresses. It simplifies the shopping, laundry, and getting dressed!
I wish it was that easy to shop for each season and each kid!
For large family simplicity terms, I like to buy bottoms that are neutrals like jeans, track pants, and skirts.
Then we can pick more exciting shirts without having to worry about matching. This makes shopping a lot easier because I am not looking for corresponding pieces.
Take your time
Rushing will lead you to miss a stain or maybe pick a piece that is too small.
